Upon completion of furnishing works, Airhost can arrange and facilitate the setup of Home Internet on your property. Our project team will liaise directly with the Internet Providers, without the hassle of you making multiple trips to get this organised.
*RM500 deposit is required for Non-Malaysian applicants.
Insurance Policy By Insurance (Optional) – RM489 Nett Yearly
Includes the following coverage:-
A. Public Liability Insurances, Insured Value of up to RM300,000
B. Burglary Insurance, Insured Value up to RM30,000
C. Fire Insurance, Insured Value up to RM50,000
Key Terms of Our Property Management Service
Revenue Sharing Scheme with Property Owners, 25% Management Fees of Gross Rental income (After Platform Commission Deduction, Local Taxes and Cleaning Fees).
Cleaning Fees is charged to and payable by the Guest.
Unlimited days for the Property Owner’s personal consumption, subject to availability.
Flexible Service Contract, with termination notice of only 3 months.

*Net Rental Proceeds to be credited to the Property Owner’s Designated Bank Account by the 15th of the following month. If the 15th falls on a public holiday or weekend, payment shall be credited on the next working day.
